About Sic Bo

Sic Bo, meaning "two dice" or "dice pair" is a game of chance. Sic Bo is played with three dice and it has a variety of betting options.

Sic Bo is a very simple game to play. The players place their bets on the Sic Bo table. The objective of the game is to predict the totals or combinations of the 3 dice after they are thrown.
The players can either bet on individual numbers or a combination of numbers (2 of a kind, 3 of a kind or combinations of any 2 or 3 of the dice).

Multiple bets can be made and payout's are made according to what is thrown on the dice. This will be shown on the Sic Bo table layout showing the faces of the dice in their different combinations to determine the various payout's.

Types of Bets in Sic Bo

There are 7 different types of bets that can be made in Sic Bo.

Dice Face: Players can place a bet on one of the 6 sides of the dice (1 - 6) and if that number is thrown the payout is 1 to 1. If the same number appears on two of the dice the payout is 2 to 1. If the same number appears on all three of the dice the payout is 3 to 1.

Two Faces: This bet is made on a combination of two particular numbers (ie: 3 and 6). If these two numbers appear on any two of the dice the payout will be 5 to 1.

Three Faces: This bet is made on the total of all three of the dice thrown.The player can bet on a total from 4 to 17. The payout will vary depending on the bet.

"Small" or "Big": A "small" bet is a total between 4 and 10. A "big" bet is a total between 11 and 17. Therefore if you bet on "small" and the total of the three dice is between 4 and 10 you win. If you bet on "big" and the total of the three dice is between 11 and 17 you win, if not you lose.

Triple: This is when you are betting that all three faces will come up with specific numbers.

Any triple: This is when you bet that all three faces will be exactly the same.

Any Pair: This is when you bet that a particular pair will come up.
