Roulette

RouletteRoulette is a game of chance, the objective of the game is to guess the winning number on the wheel. For the not so risky players they can bet on black, red or odds or evens.

The Basics Of Roulette

Roulette is derived from a French word meaning "small wheel". There are 3 versions of Roulette. There is American Roulette, European Roulette and French Roulette, the concept for these 3 versions are identical. The basics of Roulette is a ball spinning around a wheel that is coloured in black and red with odd and even numbers on it. The player chooses either black and red or the exact number where they think the ball is going to land.

The wheel in Roulette is used to determine the outcome of the game. Once the players have placed their bets, the wheel is set spinning and a small ball is spun onto the wheel in the opposite direction to that of the wheel. The ball will eventually loose speed and it will stop in one of the pockets on the wheel. The number of the pocket where the ball has landed is the winning number.

How To Play Roulette

In Roulette, you can bet on either a single number, or on a group of two, three, four, six, twelve, or eighteen numbers. The risky bets are the ones that are going to have the highest payouts. Betting on a single number, your odds are 35 to 1 against you winning, but if the ball lands on your number you will win 35 coins for every coin you bet . It is definitely easier to bet on either high or low, odd or even but your payout's will not be as much, you will only win even money.

Below there are a number of Roulette betting options that will help with your betting choices and help you minimise the risk and maximise your winnings. You can make a number of roulette bets on each spin of the wheel. If 20 is your lucky number, you can make a safe bet on black, even or you can take the risk and just bet on the number 20.
